“FF Mercantil, una empresa de Araxá-Minas Generales, responsable de los productos de la marca brasileña Finta y la marca italiana Lotto, mantiene a sus empleados en un régimen de extremadamente precarias condiciones de trabajo y usan diferentes medios para evitar que se organicen para resistir a su explotación: los trabajadores no reciben dinero extra por trabajar en condiciones insalubres, están expuestos a un calor excesivo, reciben menos del salario mínimo y muchos son víctimas de humillación, persecución y chantaje. La última maniobra de persecución por parte de los jefes ocurrió el 22 de marzo, con el despido de Ícaro Poletto, miembro de Sindiváros Araxá, perteneciente a la Federación de Trabajadores de las Minas Generales, quien estaba en lucha, junto con sus compañeros en demanda de sus derechos. “FF Mercantil, a company from Araxá-Minas Gerais, responsible for products of the Brazilian brand Finta and the Italian brand Lotto, keep their employees in a regime of extremely precarious work conditions and use different means to prevent them from organizing to resist their exploitation: the workers don’t receive extra money for working in unhealthy conditions, they are exposed to excessive heat, they receive less than the minimum wage and many are the victims of humiliation, persecution and blackmail. The latest maneouvre to persecute by the bosses occured on March 22, with the dismissal of Ícaro Poletto, member of Sindivários Araxá, belonging to the Workers Federation of Minas Gerais, who was struggling together with his comrades to fight for their rights. FF Mercantil, ein Unternehmen aus Araxá-Minas Gerais, verantwortlich für das brasilianische Marke Finta und die itallienische Marke Lotto, halten ihre ArbeiterInnen unter extrem prekären Arbeitsbedingungen und benutzen verschiedene Mittel um sie daran zu hindern sich gegen ihre Ausbeutung zu organisieren: sie erhalten keinen Zuschlag für gesundheitsgefährdende Arbeiten, sie sind extremer Hitze ausgesetzt, sie erhalten weniger als den Mindestlohn und viele von ihnen sind Opfer von Verstümmlungen, Strafen und Erpressung. “FF Mercantil”, компания из Аракса, штат Минас-Жерайс, отвечающая за продукты бразильского бренда “Finta” и итальянского “Lotto”, держит своих сотрудников в режиме негарантированного труда и использует различные средства для того, чтобы помешать им организоваться и противостоять эксплуатации: трудящиеся не получают дополнительных выплат за работу во вредных условиях, они подвергаются воздействиюm чрезмерно высоких температур, получают гораздо ниже минимальной заработной платы и многие являются жертвами унижений, преследований и шантажа. Последним шагом в череде травли со стороны руководства стало увольнение 22 марта Икару Полетту, члена Sindivários (Профсоюза работников ремесел и различных профессий Аракса) и Рабочей федерации Минас-Жерайс, который вместе с товарищами боролся за свои права.
